Manish Pawar Architects is a full-service design practice based in Navi Mumbai, offering architecture, landscape, facade, planning, and interior design across residential, commercial, and mixed-use typologies.
Founded by architect Manish Pawar, the studio has grown from a singular vision into a focused team. Every project — from a bungalow interior to a masterplanned development — begins with the same intent: to understand the site, the brief, and the people who will inhabit the space before a single line is drawn.
Our work spans conceptual design through to execution, meaning we stay close to the project at every stage — from the first sketch to the final handover. This continuity is what allows us to deliver spaces that far surpass their visualised formats.
We are based in Navi Mumbai and work across Maharashtra and beyond. Our expertise includes land surveying, facade engineering, statutory planning, and construction supervision alongside design.
